⁣姜濤常說「用作品說話」，說話背後也嘗試尋找答案，並記錄著成長。

來到九胎，他再次找上《Master Class》的作曲人Gareth Tong創作旋律，亦寫了篇千字文給填詞人小克：

「新歌仍想以自己的故事和經歷為背景，展現自己在成名後面對外界一切聲音時從抗拒逃避、急於反駁到反省領悟、最後從容面對的心路歷程，從中明白到人生最大的敵人從來不是別人，而是自己。當我們學會勇敢面對自己內心真正的恐懼、認識和接納自我，才能最終戰勝心魔，這也是走向內心強大的唯一途徑。」

姜濤也特別提及，希望小克能層遞出「從抗拒逃避，到反抗反駁，到反省領悟」三種心理層面。
於是小克於兩段副歌分別用上「訴」和「吐」兩個關鍵字。從面向外界、近乎逃避式的「傾訴」，直至回看自己在IG發過的肥仔童年照，才悟到原來需要面對過去，並往心靈內尋找痛苦的根源及治癒的鑰匙，遂把「訴」進化成勇於面向自己的「吐」，把所有負面情緒如瀑布般吐出，直至把自己也浸沒，才不再懼怕洪濤，因為發現根本「我就是濤」。

「鏡中自我」（Looking-glass self）是由美國社會學家Charles Cooley所提出的概念，他認為所有關係都是一面鏡，自我意識就是從別人如何看自己而建立。於是小克聯想到《鏡中鏡》這歌名，當兩塊鏡子對疊，鏡映把自我無限伸延，世界上所有人，孰敵孰友，原來都是「我」自己的化身。

《鏡中鏡》（spiegel im spiegel）也同時是愛沙尼亞作曲家Arvo Pärt於1978年寫下的名曲，以重複的三個鐘鳴式琴音貫切全曲。姜濤這首《鏡中鏡》結尾的十二個琴音正是借用自這樂曲。

陳奕迅日前為最新廣東歌曲「重口味」拍攝MV。是次MV為配合歌曲的八十年代重口味，Eason 跟導演特別研究一系列八十年代天皇張國榮及譚詠麟的MV，從中找尋啟發。為了這個MV，Eason更用了四個小時化了一個八十年代的New Romance Makeup，希望大家透過這個MV，投入八十年代的「重口味」當中。
Eason笑稱，「八十年代的MV, 除了靚女之外，大家離不了disco的夢幻紅綠燈，煙霧，鐵網、鋼筋，於是當日我就在夢幻煙霧的士高feel的迷幻燈光下，拍攝這個MV, 哈哈，D煙多到夾口型對唱個陣幾乎見唔到人。當日大家都好開心，因為真的像時光倒流返回八十年代，小時侯在家看哥哥(張國榮)、校長(阿倫)的MV，真的發夢也沒想過，今日自己可以化身回他們一樣，返回同一個時光之中，擁有一個屬於自己的八十年代MV。」
MV中有八十年代的舞步，Eason全部是現場即學即用，並且跟排舞老師High King 一同創制「重口味」舞步舞姿及手勢， 為搭配副歌中"每次殺不死你/殺不死你/也醫好你"一段機關槍式念唱，他創作了「雙掌不停交叉亂劈」的手勢，Eason說，「我希望大家一看這個mv就學會，然後八月底在 香港演唱會可以跟全場觀眾一齊狂跳啦。」
為了一個New Romance Makeup，化妝師用了四小時制作，化妝期間Eason最終睡著了，到他醒來看到自己被畫成Boy George、David Bowie 混合體之後，自己也嚇了一跳，並且雀躍狂笑，雖然MV一共用了12時拍攝，導演更求他單獨發揮，自行亂舞，可是半點也難不到這位「扮野王」，跳到情緒高脹時，彷如電兔上身，到導演叫 Cut表示收工一刻，所有工作人員也不停為Eason的表演拍掌。

《雪山飛狐》，金庸第五部武俠小說，是《飛狐外傳》「姊妹篇」，與其情節互相關聯，但又各自獨立。1955年成稿，1959年開始連載於香港《新晚報》。

第一代《雪山飛狐》電影是在1964年上映，由李化執導，江漢、歐嘉慧等主演。講述了胡、苗、範、田為闖王李自成的侍衛，胡被誤以為投效清廷而遭殺害。三十年後，胡子胡一刀為父平反，苗子苗人鳳卻找到客店尋仇。

1985《雪山飛狐》是香港電視廣播有限公司拍攝的金庸武俠劇，由王天林執導，呂良偉、曾華倩主演，趙雅芝特別客串。
