開心學校那裡尋? 「教育大同」走訪黃大仙浸信會天虹小學
天虹小學近來好紅。我們在「功課奴隸」群組看到有家長提起，再上網找找，發現常常戴著google眼鏡的朱子穎校長已被傳媒追訪多次，講talk 過百壇，但感覺不外乎是位「潮爆校長」在學校大搞IT，推動電子教學。今天11月28日, 學校要建立一項健力士世界紀錄：由全港1000個學生，利用 3D 打印創作解決「水資源」問題。一間在黃大仙的基層屋邨小學，如何做就這個壯舉？
為了籌備開心學校地圖，我們希望能直接了解「疑似」開心學校，故11月6日, 「教育大同」走訪了天虹小學，跟校長談了兩個多小時……
「我經驗淺，所以一定要更努力。」
校長2003年加入教師行列，三年前到天虹才變身校長，抱著一個「教育是要幫人作出改變」的理念。
當時天虹面臨殺校，僅剩六班學生。朱校長一上任，就放棄操練TSA，不在考試成績上與其他學校競爭，他在科技上的知識固然有助他以電子教學轉危為機，但我們看到更重要的，是他對教育的胸襟及人性化的處事態度，對學生如是，對老師如是。
在短短兩年兩個月，學校推陳出新不勝枚舉，並夥拍不同公司為學校度身訂造不同系統與特別室，更大方的將學校設施開放，讓其他中小學生也可使用。對我來說，校長俺然是個社會企業家。我們以下將訪談整理下來，讓大家評評，天虹是否一間開心學校。

彩虹拯救隊Rainbow Rangers
校長橋多，想出一個包括五隻動物的彩虹拯救隊穩定火山免其爆發的故事，鼓勵學生自律及提升學習動機。 學校與其他公司合作，開發這個遊戲apps，更真的建立起一個內有彩虹滑梯 (故事裡動物滑滑梯後會變身的工具）以及不同的需要肢體活動的電腦遊戲。學生不分社，而分為五個動物族，透過做到某些品格及學習上的要求，爭取幾種不同顏色寶石獎勵，集齊所有「寶石」，更可到「彩虹拯救隊基地」任玩一天。

３Ｄ打印室：
學校三年前已成立3D打印室，學生小小年紀已自己創做不少3D物品。讓我們大感讚嘆的，是學校跟3D打印公司合作，本年的四至十月期間，邀請全港中小學生來到學校學習3D打印，公司派員每週到來教授，更以解決水資源問題為題，六個月來教導超過1000位學生，透過思考這個問題，用3D打印技術設計解決方法，今日除了會成為健力士世界紀錄外，更會將３Ｄ打印機和那千個解決方法送到柬埔寨，讓當地人能利用本地的創作解決他們的水困問題。
天虹科創室(Rainbow Startup lab)
學校說這是培育明天企業家的地方。走進這間特別室，所有牆壁均為lego式磚塊，校長說，學校的校本課程，電腦課在小一至小三已教完，小四至小六就自己動手創作，小六學生都要自己做出一件產品，在台上向所有同學推銷，更要設計募款與銷售計劃。

重整時間表：
１） 上學遲一點，下課早一點，讓遲歸家長有多點與孩子共處。
２） 每天最後一堂做功課時間，七成學生完成所有功課才回家
３） 每逄二、五下午為課外活動時間（特別避設奧數、英語學科類）
４） 每天每科最多一樣抄寫功課

電子通告：
為方便家長安排時間，電子通告發放到家長手機，如要安排買甚麼物件，家長可以在下班時安排好，不用等到晚間簽通告才發現。

校服：
改用質料更好，縱使價錢較貴，但因為快乾，以前要買兩三套，現買一套就可以，為家長省錢。
在教員室設大電視：
１）讓老師能緊貼時事。
２）將校內不同事情發生的狀況在電視上一目了然，減省老師四處找校工及其他人員的時間。
這些只是學校部分工作，究竟在本地土生土長的朱校長為何這樣「膽大」？他又如何領領導教師團隊在短時間走出另一條路？
