這首名為〈2047〉的詩，郭佳怡這樣朗誦：在美國一個喜慶般的聚會上，有3.27億人站起來，他們全都以廣東話高聲呼喊著：「香港人加油！香港人不放棄！」然後所有的美國人，目光聚焦於名為香港的小島，說著：「我們與你同行，我們一定會支持保護你！」

11月18日她受邀紐約的詩人咖啡館進行朗詩表演，原本打算朗讀早就寫好的舊詩，最後改變主意決定為香港發聲，於是前一夜創作了新詩。一週後，有朋友提議把詩做成影片，那天正好是“反送中”示威的第162天，在美國港人社群上發表，沈重的呼聲與希望的奇想，溢於詩中文字。


郭佳怡（Stefani Kuo），是唐英年的內姪，即唐英年太太郭紓淺的姪女。95年出生於香港，出身紡織大王世家，爺爺是“香港一代線王”郭正達，後來由爸爸郭大熾繼承生意。媽媽林夏如是台灣強人，政治學家和投資銀行家，16歲時跳級申請入哈佛大學，32歲時成為高盛集團（Goldman Sachs）亞洲最年輕合伙人。

郭佳怡是戲劇作家與演員。兩年前畢業於耶魯大學，是Interstate 73 with Page 73工作坊的8位劇作家之一，亦擔任戲劇講者等工作，著作劇本曾獲得美國多項重要獎項。
